Here is an off-street parking area for a trailer, boat or RV that appears to be a solid
fence from the outside.  It has double hinged doors that lock from the inside, as well as a
window for the dog to greet passers-by
Here is a section of removable fence that looks solid from
the outside, that rolls away on wheels to park vehicles in
the back yard.
Some landscaping we did in the back yard of the Victorian in Capitol Hill
You couldn't even see this fixer-upper when we first acquired it
Fence and gate replacement
This yard had been neglected for years. We scraped it, killed the
weeds, spread grass seed, covered it with bio-mix soil, and in just 30
days this is what the lawn looked like! That's not sod, but a thick lush
lawn from seed and lots of care!
Neglect and pine needles killed this yard. We raked, cleaned, treated, fertilized, seeded
and applied topsoil and grew this lawn from seed in 2 months, with no sod at all.
Another yard that was neglected and overgrown when we acquired this
house, which we scraped, seeded, replaced the fence, built a 2-car carport
for additional parking, and cultivated another beautiful lawn from seed
Here we removed an old ugly shed, scooped up dirt & rock, poured a new concrete slab,
constructed a 1-car garage sized shed, a new fence and grass seed. Much better!
This old house had original large flagstone sidewalks that were heaving and
cracked. When we poured new sidewalks we recycled them around the back and
side and created a nice flagstone patio that looks original!
Here are some more fencing pictures
The side of this yard became a jungle over the years, now it's ready for landscaping

This old Denver Square in Capitol Hill was an eyesore. After
trimming the trees & shrubs, brick & mortar repairs, paint, new
concrete work, a decorative iron fence and some water-conserving
landscaping, it now has some major curb appeal!
